Despite significant gains in other spheres of public and private life, women continue to be under-represented in decision-making spheres in business, politics and civil society in Quebec. To increase the presence of women in the spheres of power, should we convince young women of their potential and push them to act? On the contrary, should we change the culture of companies? This Camp_GEDI aims to provide tools to increase the representation of women in managerial positions. Thanks to testimonials from inspiring and innovative women who have reached the heights of their respective fields, this Camp_Gedi will allow participants to seize the challenges, opportunities and strategies to promote the accession of women to positions of influence in Quebec society.
