Summit

SUMMIT OF POLITICAL ORPHANS

Since 2008, Generation of ideas has created a unique space where young Quebecers aged 20 to 35 identify promising ideas for the future of Quebec and take concrete actions to implement them. It is in the continuity of this mission that Generation of Ideas organized its third summit on May 3 and 4, 2014 at the Société des Arts Technologiques in order to strengthen the capacity of young Quebecers to generate political, social and economic changes including Quebec needs. Exceptionally this year, Generation of Ideas allowed over 35s to participate in the Summit. However, the annual general meeting was reserved for 20-35 year olds.

A 4-PART SUMMIT

The workshops allowed participants to learn, share and build with people who have positively influenced their community in creative, innovative and inspiring ways. In addition, young politicians shared their experiences in politics. Finally, discussions took place on the direction that Generation of Ideas should take following this Summit.
